Very comfortable and value for money we went in a Sunday night disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open but we had a lovely curry in the bar area

On arrival reception staff were good. However, the room had no bottles of water, water or wine glasses provided, no robes provided and no bath tub in the king size room, which was basic. They wanted to charge £4 to bring an ice bucket and 2 wine glasses to the room and said they were too busy to facilitate the request but the bar and restaurant were empty when we went down there. The guy behind the bar had no idea what he was doing (Pavel) & didn't know the wine selection on offer. He couldn't even ring drinks through the till, rolled his eyes when asked for ice and an ice bucket. However the breakfast was good and reception staff were good.

Average hotel in city centre location

No fridge in room.
Gym is very basic with limited air con and no water
Central location but difficult to get to with current traffic restrictions.
Good breakfast.

Close to everything in Northampton
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HotelsStayed here with a friend for one night and couldn't fail anything. Check In was really friendly, room was lovely and spacious and the hotel is close to everything in Northampton you need - so just perfect.
