Amazing hotel and staff, our 2 nights stay was wonderful with very tasty buffet food for breakfast and dinner. Will visit again.

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days over 2 separate bookings. The hotel in general is a good place to stay. The ground maintenance staff/ house keeping and a couple of the reception workers were kind and welcoming and always smiling. There were a few reception workers who were not so welcoming and rude. 1st booking - the room we booked was not available so the hotel provided an upgrade. Unfortunatley even though they said it was an upgrade, they locked 1 of the rooms and another area. When we asked if this can be unlocked, they advised that we could use only 1 room. We mentioned at the point of check in that you upgraded us. The reception staff mentioned that because we did not pay for this room, they were unable to provide house keeping or maintenance. Why say upgrade then? 2nd booking - When we made the second booking through Hotel.com, and arrived at the hotel, the man at the reception was very rude and had informed us that there was no rooms available for one of the days. He had asked us to cancel our booking and to book else where if possible. We had mentioned that this was not our problem and was the problem of the hotel. He still tried to persuade us to cancel even if it meant us losing our payment.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms, and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Very safe area, with restaurants and small shops nearby for food options. Breakfast in hotel had to be ordered of a menu. And there were few items to choose from. But overall, highly recommended hotel for Jaffna travelers.

KATASTROFE HOTEL, ALDRI MER! NEVER.!

Dette er det verste hotelet vi har bodd på noensine! De hadde et håndkle for 4 personer, såpe/shampoo ble ikke etterfylt. Hadde ikke mat som stod på menyen til tross for at de belastet oss for rom med frokost. Maten var gammel og tørr. Ingen personer til å motta oss på restaurent. Dette stedet er et eksempel på hvordan et hotel IKKE skal være. Dyrt i forhold til hva vi fikk. Kortsagt, en KATASTROFE!

Very good service and friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and big enough. Bed was comfortable and bathroom OK. The pool was clean and deck chairs was comfortable. Towels supplied at the pool. Breakfast was OK. We had dinner a couple of nights and all we had was really good and plentiful. Location is a bit off so you need a drive to get to the center of town. But it is quiet. The only real drawback was that they don't serve any alcohol, not even beer.

Very good. But the price was bit too much. Choice of breakfast also can improve. Staff are very nice.
