This is a lovely hotel- VERY clean. We are in the area several times a year when our horses compete at Simon Arena in Cannon Falls.
The only complaint is that we generally arrive with two VERY large Ford F350 trucks.
The small amount if surface parking was a challenge. The trucks are too tall for the garage, and we were told we could park up the street at ReMaxx. Not practical for the amount of gear and early mornings/late nights as young women coming and going alone.
The staff was kind enough to work with us and let us leave a truck in the valet area. You may just want to make sure that parking considerations are made,

Nice hotel, overall. Carpet in room needs thorough vacuuming. Bar and grill onsite is convenient. Breakfast options decent. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Parking is free which is always appreciated. Biggest negative is the very loud train that runs through town. Windows need to be insulated.
