After sending your feedback to the owner, we’d like to share the following:-We take the accuracy of our listings seriously and we can confirm the listing states, Sacandaga River/Great Sacandaga Lake/dock & beach access (100 ft.), a one minute drive and 10 minute walk. Additionally, the listing does state "A hot tub is not available for guest use." We're sorry if this caught you off guard.-Our listings are carefully built to reflect our properties in an accurate light and we use professional photos so guests have an idea of what to expect. Guests are encouraged to book a vacation home that suits their needs.-As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete reasonable tasks only, like removing their own trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a very reliable and professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest. Our guest contact is always available to assist with any issue or concern you may have while in residence and we encourage our guests to reach out immediately for a most comfortable stay.
