Due to a nearby fire, water towers were drained to put it out. The staff was very quick to apologize and explain why the water was discolored. The breakfast was great. One of the perks of the hotel was a courtesy shuttle. However, it was not running on our night which was disappointing.

Musty smelling hotel upon entering the front door all the way to the room. Uncomfortable beds. Dirty shower curtain. Noisy toilet when filling up after each flush. Very weak water pressure. Strobing bathroom lights. Rusty light fixtures. Ceiling stains. Non-caring front desk staff.

Ron, I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay with us. We are a 12 year old hotel and the age is showing on us a bit, but we do try and make sure we can control certain things to make sure our guests still have a great stay. We are coming into a renovation starting in November so most things will be fixed during that I do apologize that it was not to your standards of great service when you stayed with us over the weekend. I did send up our Maintenace staff for the light in the bathroom right away this morning. Please accept my apologies and have a better week.
