Nicole at the front desk was rude and unreasonably authoritative. Despite being a Hilton Honors member, she showed no interest in acknowledging my membership because I had booked through Expedia. She neither asked for nor looked up my membership information, and she informed me that I would not receive any Hilton benefits. I requested a room not facing the cemetery side, but Nicole curtly replied that I should return after 3 PM, and she might have a room then. Additionally, I requested a first-floor room due to my need for a mobile scooter, but she showed no concern or effort to accommodate this. When we returned after 3 PM, we were given a room on the second floor. Overall, Nicole was very business-like, lacking any courtesy or professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. On a positive note, the pool experience was great, and breakfast was good.

Nicole at front desk was rude and unpleasantly authoritative. She was not interested that i was a Hilton Honors member since i booked the room thru Travelocity did not ask or lookup my membership and said I would not receive any Hilton benefits. Requested an upper floor on the quiet side to which Nicole retorted i should return after 3pm and she that she "may" have a room then. When we returned after 3pm we were given room on 2nd floor after initially requesting upper floor. Very business like and unpleasant experience with Nicole who lacks common courtesy for someone in the hospitality industry. Pool experience was good. Shuttle to Casino was added benefit. Good location.

We went here for a Club Volleyball Tournament and it is very accessible to the Mohegan Sun Arena. Like less than 10mins drive. Breakfast is great!

This would have been a 5 star, very clean, safe, friendly staff, great breakfast. But they charged me $9 for 3 waters they leave in the room at @ $3 a bottle, that I didn't drink! That was the only thing wrong with my stay. Still trying to get this resolved
