The Neighborhood:
Horning village, a picturesque broadland village with riverside inns, restaurants, a selection of small shops and tea shops, is just within a few minutes’ walk. One of the best ways to explore this magnificent waterway is by boat, with daily boat hire and trips along the river available from in the village.
A paddle steamer cruises up and down the Broads, taking in the beautiful scenery and abundance of wildlife. Held during summer are several boat races and a week-long regatta where you can enjoy all the boating action from one of the many pubs or restaurants situated along the riverbank. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted with the numerous opportunities nearby, so be sure to bring your fishing rods.
For those seeking a more active holiday, the marina and leisure club welcomes visitors who wish to enjoy water sports, or there are plenty of walks and cycle tracks that take you through the village and into the surrounding countryside and nature reserve.
Children will enjoy BeWILDerwood, 1 mile away, an outdoor tree top adventure park, or Wroxham Barns, 4½ miles, and the Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, 18 miles, also make for a great day out.
Wroxham, 3¾ miles, is known as the ’Capital of the Broads’, and has wide variety of waterside cafés, restaurants and pubs, as well as a railway station serving Norwich and the coast, and the Bure Valley Railway, a miniature steam train running from the popular market town of Aylsham to Wroxham. The beautiful Norfolk coastline, with excellent sandy beaches, can be reached within 12 miles. Spend a day exploring the city of Norwich, 11 miles, with its cathedral, museums, theatres and a vast array of cafés and shops. National Trust properties including Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Horsey Windpump are all well worth a visit. Beach 12 miles. Shop, pub and restaurants 400 yards.

The costs for the use of the hot tub of £25 per night are not included in the reservation.
Please note that it could take up to 24 hours before the hot tub reaches its final temperature. So it may be the case that the hot tub can't be used the first night.
A damage deposit of £250 might be required before check-in, this will be returned 24 hours after checkout once the cleaners confirmed that there is no damage in the property.
