We love this hotel, a few very small things could make a big difference. The hot breakfast is often cold and evening menu needs to be more varied to include traditional fare. The spa facilities are fantastic an overal great stay

We only stayed the night but it was a very pleasant experience. Very good service from all the staff we encountered.
The dining room at night was VERY low lit; quite a challenge to read the menu!

Wedding anniversary break.
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsWe enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We felt that the dinner menu was a little limiting especially if you are vegetarian and very expensive for the quality. The breakfast was disappointing. The tables weren’t well prepared and all items in the cooked breakfast buffet were cold. I’m not overly comfortable writing slightly negative reviews - maybe this particular hotel was just not what we prefer.

Spacious and comfortable room

Receptionist is very friendly and nice
I would stay here again for next visit to Norwich.
