Beautiful, hall entrance terraced house located in NR2 area known as the Golden Triangle, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to local shops and restaurants. Just on the edge of the Golden triangle makes it the perfect location with easy access to the centre of Norwich.

This fabulous 4 bedroomed terraced house comprises.

• Bedroom 4 – Single bed
• Bathroom 1 – Downstairs with a walk-in shower
• Bathroom 2 – Upstairs with an over the bath shower
• Reception room 1 – front room with comfy sofa to relax.
• Reception room 2 – full sized dining room to sit and relax.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap are all provided.

The stunning full-sized kitchen comes with

There’s a small rear garden which is a pleasant space to sit and enjoy some fresh air after all that shopping.
The house will be for your sole use and no part is shared with anyone else.

Access is via a key safe and all details will be sent to you 24 hours before your scheduled checking in time.
Parking, if you’re coming by car, we are within a permit-controlled area. There is parking round the corner from the property and we have a permit you will be able to use during your stay.
The property is located within a residential area, you may find occasional personal items left by the owner. Please do enjoy your stay and treat as you would your own home.
Please refrain from smoking and vaping inside the house. We are also unable to accept pets

Immaculate comfortable home

Superbly furnished, equipped and presented. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of this lovely terraced house. Our host was superb with their communication and answered any questions we had in minutes. Quite simply out if you are looking for a home away from home this is it.

Excellent service and property.

Great central location for a property that is like the Tardis. Big clean rooms with all dacilities included. We did have to buy a bottle opener for the wine though.
