We stayed at The Black Swan for a short break just as the COVID-19 restrictions were lifted.We would like to thank the management and staff for making our stay so enjoyable. They have with much thought to the safety of themselves and their guests managed to retain a welcoming local country pub atmosphere whilst maintaining the social distancing criteria.
The beers are well kept and the food, both the evening meals and breakfasts were very enjoyable.
The room we stayed in was well appointed and very clean, in truth the whole building and external spaces were all immaculately kept and tastefully decorated.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend a visit to The Black Swan.

Publié le 14 oct. 2019 sur HotelsThe Black Swan Inn is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are decorated nicely, well maintained and the bed was very comfy. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We didn't have our evening meal in the Black Swan, but breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Norwich
