The reception staff were friendly. The location was good.
The hotel room and stairs etc was a bit grubby could do with a hoover and clean.
Swimming pool a nice size but when my young son and I used it a group of teenagers came in and started jumping in doing somersaults and bombs, swearing a bit and it was just a bit off putting for us.
We only had chips in the bar but they took ages and when they came were meant to be skinny fires but seems to be a mix of all sorts and some had chip spice on, it was a chip pick and mix like they were leftovers from meals being sent

Fabulous views and staff excellent service. The only one issue was the wait for meals in the restaurant after ordering, but still very good
