One of the coolest hotels we’ve ever stayed at!
Publié le 19 mars 2023 sur HotelsWe were beyond thrilled with this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful as well were the hotel grounds. My only disappointment was that I only booked 2 nights. I would have liked to stay longer!

We stayed at Hotel Guiones for 7 nights and could not have been happier. Every morning, we started our day with a delicious breakfast with fresh, healthy ingredients made by the talented cooking staff. The coffee was superb! That was followed by yoga and stretching at the secluded yoga platform and then a swim in the saltwater pool. The pool area was a tropical oasis with lush, abundant foliage, a soothing waterfall and the gentle sounds of varied birds and other wildlife. We spent the afternoons exploring the pristine beaches and nearby nature trails, trying out fresh local dishes and tasty beverages in the nearby eateries and shopping at the lovely little shops of Playa Guiones. Evenings were spent watching gorgeous sunsets and then either dining out or heading back for dinner at the bar at Al Local, chatting with the surfing crowd who like to hang out there. All the staff at Hotel Guiones were exceptionally warm, gracious and helpful. Muchas gracias! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return in the future. Pura Vida!

Beautiful, lush hotel with semi-secluded units. Staff went out of the way to welcome us. on-site eatery, The Local, was the best food we had in Nosara.

This review is a surprise to us, as we were very attentive to you at check-in, even going above to help organize your payment possibility, organizing your local transports and helping you feel at home by making sure you knew where everything was. Something must have been lost in translation during your one night stay. Perhaps you were not here long enough to notice all of our amenities and care. Perhaps Nosara isn't made for the Ritz, but our high end linens, organic cotton hammocks and cushy furnture throughout has never been described as hostel like. We're sorry if you were disappointed but we have a steady stream of guests who love and appreciate our offerings and we hope readers see those reviews.
