Luxe Modern Villa w/ pool yard at premium location

Nueva Vida is a wonderful modern 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home. The perfect fit for families and/or groups and found in one of the best locations in Guiones. Here you are just minutes from the beach, within walking distance of the Gilded Iguana but also Harmany Hotel, and only a short walk to restaurants, shops, yoga, etc.

The design of the house is modern with the use of white colors and beautiful wood. On the first floor of the house, you will find a spacious living area (with multiple fans, no AC) with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table with seating for 10 people and a sofa area with television.

The downstairs bedroom has two twin bunk beds (accommodating 4 guests). Upstairs you will find one master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another bunk bed (accommodating 4 guests). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house also has a laundry room with a washer & dryer, hot water, wifi, and an alarm system.

The outdoors has a pool and a large seating area with a BBQ shaded under a rancho (with a fan). A perfect place to hang out, jump in the pool, read, practice yoga, or take a siesta.

PLEASE NOTE

- No AC in the living room
- Pool will not always be available during the low season due to heavy rains (May through November)
- The internet is sufficient to accommodate regular phone and email usage etc. However, multiple-party streaming will see degraded quality

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.

Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card. Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.

Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. This Property has a water reserve tank for Guests during water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.

Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.

Can’t beat the location and the house is great! There is no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen but you get used to it. Also there is a lot of parking for your ATVs etc! Will be staying there again next year!

Wonderful stay at Neuva Vida!
This was our first visit to Costa Rica. Our family of 5 plus my 2 in-laws stayed at Nueva Vida. The house was awesome! The living/dining area was spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We spent most of our time at the beach or hangin out in the amazing pool/patio area at the house. The living area doesn't have a/c so we spent most of our time in the patio area during the day where it was cooler. Otherwise, the bedrooms provided a nice retreat from the heat, if needed. The house was so relaxing and very accessible to everything in town. The house is positioned between other houses and a hotel (La Negra) so there was no active construction as stated in an older review. Despite being surrounded by other buildings, Nueva Vida felt very private and safe, and there was plenty of desginated space for parking a car and a golf cart. The house was very close to the beach access path. It was easy to walk to the beach for an hour of surfing or swimming, and then go back to the house to rest, dip in the pool or eat. Destiny Cafe was a short walk and had delicious breakfast options, smoothies and coffee. There were many other great restaurant options nearby, too. The management company, Vacation Nosara, was also great to work with and very responsive to any questions or problems we had. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house after business hours, and they sent someone to help right away. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay at Nueva Vida again!

Fabulous Nosara Property
I want to pre-face this review by stating: If you are concerned about construction noise, then Nosara probably isn't the place for you. The whole town has construction projects everywhere and noise is inevitable. Also, please know that you are in the Jungle, so you will encounter bugs, inscects, ect. So, again if that bothers you may want to rethink location. With that said, this house is an amazing property and in a PERFECT location. Super close to the beach trail and easy access to lots of restaurants and stores. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedrooms have air-conditioners. We got tons of use out of the gorgeous pool, and the outside patio has a nice large table and grill area. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We felt very safe and used the alarm and safes as needed. You really can't go wrong with this house. We can't wait to go back and stay, again. The management company, Vacation Nosara, was so welcoming and accommodating. From start to finish, they made our stay seamless. They are easy to communicate with and had answers to all our questions. They even have a concierge service that will book reservations, day trips, ect. Thank you Vacation Nosara for a great stay. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful home, as close to Playa Guiones as you can get!
Home is beautiful and spacious. We are a family of 5, but we could have invited another family to stay with us, there was so much space! Covered patio with pool was a beautiful oasis from the sun and heat (which was oppressive in April, be warned!). Management was responsive whenever we needed anything. I absolutely recommend this home!

Great location, great house. Easy people to deal with.
We have stayed here for 3/4 years. We had a different place when this one wasn’t available. We love the house and location. There are a few minor complaints. It is starting to show some wear. Some Of the door handles fall off. The pool was empty when we arrived. The coffee maker is super cheap and useless for such a nice house. Only one dish cloth. The lanai area needs a power wash. Pool guys were excellent. House cleaner excellent. Garden guys great. Again great house. Plan on coming back. You can’t beat how close it is to the beach and the main areas. Check in and out simple. Highly recommend.
