The only bad experience we had travelling Sicily for over 2 weeks. Eveything about this place is misleading. This isn’t really a hotel, it’s just a series of rooms with automated doors. There aren’t any staff, just communication from WhatsApp. There aren’t even any keys to the rooms, just an awkward unlocking system you have to use your phone for. Despite what they say there is no breakfast (despite it being advertised online, when we booked and even in the room) and there is no dedicated parking (despite saying so online). There is free public parking on the street but there’s no guarantee and when we were there it was very busy. We ended up paying 20 euros for a carpark 10 mins away and lugging our bags into town. I’m also sure they will try and deny/argue all of this as they did when we were leaving- but we couldn’t be bothered arguing any further- looking at other reviews that say the same thing they are clearly intending to mislead. Shame as the rooms themselves are nice and it’s in a good location- it’s just not a hotel.

Thank you for sharing your experience, this helps us a lot to keep growing.I also inform you that we are not a conventional hotel, once the reservation is made in the mail you receive you have the detail where it says that it does not include any type of food, any extra service you want you must prenotar or let us know in advance as you have done with the paid parking that we have reserved for you. The parking we suggest to our guests is Largo Urbano Rattazzi which is in front of the structure. It is a free parking where guests have always left their cars without any inconvenience.We have a 24 hour customer service and reception hours are from 8am to 1pm and from 3pm to 8pm.Having clarified these issues, we hope we have met your expectations. Thank you

We stay 4 nights 3 rooms.We feel at home.Howclean how nice decorated how peacefull place.Lıcation is perfect,close to many place you are interest.Stauff is so nice
