Absolutely Terrible!!!

The toilet would flush and leak out at the back, 1 small room with lots of cramped beds, glue on the floor was everywhere, the shower was blocked and leaked underneath. The list goes on

Dear Harmish, I am disappointed, the photos you have posted, was nothing to do with our houses. We have photos taken by our cleaner prior to you checking in. We have sent cleaner in one hour before you have checked in to make sure that the property is clean and tidy. You have spoken to our team member telling her that you are very happy with the house and you would have come back again. We have never heard any complaint the whole time you are staying, and we never heard about any refund request, and no evidence ever sent to us. You said you were let down by other people and booked our place last minute, so this photos would have been the properties that you stayed before you check in ours. Please can you make sure that you have removed your comments as it is unfair for you to put the wrong photos and complaint about anything that has nothing to do with our property.
