Assez éloigné de Nottingham
dans la chambre il manque des tableaux ou embellissement c' était un peu triste ! Sinon le reste était correct . Merci .

Family room 1 night stay
Publié le 19 sept. 2021 sur HotelsThe receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room itself was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! The only 'complaint' would be the cleanliness of the bathroom whih was not good (mould on the vents etc.) Overall, the stay was very nice.

Friendly, modern, spacious and very well equipped rooms. Only slight improvement - shower was spotlessly clean but looked very old with lots of ingrained black stains ..

One night stay, would not return.
Publié le 13 sept. 2021 sur HotelsRoom was really hot, could not open windows due to road noise. Service was terrible for breakfast, we queued for 30 minutes to get served. Would not stay here again.
The hotel was dated. Staff were all good and friendly, especially the guy serving breakfast, he apologised to everyone for the wait.

In regards to the bedrooms, unfortunately none of our rooms come with air conditioning, therefore during Summer and warmer days we advise our housekeeping team to keep the windows open before a guests arrival to keep the room cooler and we also ensure fans are in every room.
I am aware that there was a wait at breakfast Sunday morning. I apologise for any inconvenience this caused. I am pleased that the staff dealt with this in the best way possible.
We hope you would consider staying with us again in the future.

Great location and service
Publié le 12 sept. 2021 sur HotelsCheck in was very friendly and efficient. We had interconnecting rooms, one twin and one double and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but shower good. The room faced the M1 motorway but the double glazing kept the sound to a minimum. We ate in the restaurant inside the hotel; choice of food included popular dishes such as tikka masala, lasagne, chocolate brownies. Food good and excellent service from very friendly staff!
