Check up lasted forever due to the "necessity" to do a pre-authorisation on my card and the terminal was very very slow. After a long trip this can be quite annoying specially if you already booked everything on line...

Staff do not know if breakfast is included or not!
Publié le 10 sept. 2015 sur HotelsWe stayed for one one weekend on a familly visit to Nottingham to celebrate a Child Naming. We had booked the Hotel several months in advance (along with many others). The big let down was that staff did not know or could not find whether or not breakfast was included within our room so they said "sit down and we will serve you anyway". Breakfast is expensive at £12-95 a person. Terrible considering there is a restuarant doing a better breakfast for a lot less than 200 yards away. I was not happy with my £40 breakfast bill when I checked out.

Très bonne situation, à 10 min à pied du château de Nottingham en passant par l'allée piétonnière au fond du parking de la zone commerciale (dont le grand magasin de sport est atypique avec à l'intérieur une grande structure de jeux gratuite pour les enfants et un salon de thé!)...
Belles ballades également le long des canaux et dans la vielle ville du haut
A l’hôtel salle de fitness en libre accès bien équipée, petit déjeuner très complet et pain sans gluten sur demande.

The staff was wonderful. Let us store our luggage after checking out so we could spend the day before our train touring Nottingham. Breakfast was delicious. Clean room, friendly staff.

The staff at the hotel were very good at front of house. I had sent a request regarding the room location and they did exactly as asked for. Nice touch.
Always greeted as passing by desk or bar areas.
Breakfast take for 3 days and always good and well refreshed, keeping things fresh and available. Did ask for a tray to take food back to our room for my wife, rapidly made available and a nice personal message made on the tray cover! Very nice touch.
Used hotel for a family gathering, shall be back next year. Thanks to all the staff and that includes the excellent room staff too!
