Everything was perfect. No issues whatsoever

On arrival, when I went to check in, the male mentioned the total cost to pay with the additional fee for parking. I mentioned that I already paid for the room and he sarcastically said “well I’m telling you, you didn’t pay so that’s the outstanding fee”. After checking my banking I realised I hadn’t paid and that was my first impression on the way he interacted with me. Then he asked me if I’ll be using the facilities, to which I asked what facilities do you have again. He said again in a sarcastic tone! “Well and gym and pool, bar etc.” I said “I’m not sure maybe” because at that point I felt he had a poor attitude and did not enjoy my interaction with him. I then after checking in, went to the bar for something to eat, staff were friendly but the food was not tasty so didn’t eat not of my meal.
At approximately 12am I entered my room and the smell coming from the bathroom was horrific, I then went to turn the tv on which was not working, tried to boil the kettle and that didn’t work either so I went to reception and told them the issue and was reassured that a member of the team would be there to check what the issue was in about 5-10 minutes. As I got back to my room a realised that I didn’t bring my room key so had to go back down, and the member of staff said I told you someone will be with you in 5-10 minutes before I even got to say I locked myself out of the room. He then gave me a new room key and I waited until about 2:30am and nobody came and I fell asleep.

The hotel it’s self what lovely for the one night. Downfall was the AC in the room was super noisy.

We stayed for one night and was exactly what we needed. Very nice powerful shower and comfy bed. Staff managed to sort out a promotion for free parking too. Would recommend
