Stay here regularly when going to Trent Bridge for the cricket. Have it booked again for next year

Excellent accomodation, room was large, clean and comfortable and the location was ideal for us too. Would definitely look to stay here in future if whenever we visit the area

Arrived to the un-manned accommodation to find the room I had been allocated had not been cleaned since the last guest.
Tried calling the phone number given to me but got no answer. Emailed the address given to me and no reply. Tried calling again and received a text message saying they were full and to go find some where else.
Apparently this person couldn't call as they were in a team meeting. And that was it. No other contact from the accommodation.
This property wins "hands down" for the very worst experience, communication and customer service I think I have experienced when staying away. Congratulations!
