Publié le 9 août 2019 sur HotelsNoi non siamo stati bene per niente.. Non sapevano neanche che arrivavamo! Non c'era il telecomando della TV e non c'è lo hanno mai dato! La colazione era dalle ore 9 e perciò siamo andati a farla fuori per non dover partire alle 10,,,, il ristorante alla sera apriva alle 20:00 ma non ci hanno detto che alle 21 chiudeva e pertanto ci hanno mandato via alle 20:30!!!!!! Da evitare sicuramente!

When we arrive, the guy at reception desk was a bit confused, but everything was OK. We got a room, room was small, clean but no socket! The room was for 3 persons and one socket where was plug-in heating, but for one night I can't complain. Reservation was B&B, we wanna take a breakfast in the morning 8:45 we went to the 24 hours reception desk, to ask where is the breakfast, reception was closed, then we went to the restaurant and restaurant is open from 9, we packed our stuff and place into the car and at 9 we went to the restaurant. Restaurant was open and we tried to ask one older guy where is the breakfast, he didn't speak English he just shown go away or wait, no idea what was it. I was waiting outside couple of minutes with one guy with the kid, but when the guy left, I gave up too and I left hotel 9:15.
When I complained this issue the hotel said I left the hotel between 6-7!!! I don't want to support liars and this hotel is for me on black list!
