Sejour Novi Sad

Novi sad est une ville magnifique, je conseille a tout le monde d y aller. Nous sommes pas resté longtemps, juste le temps de se reposer sur le chemin du retour en France, mais à coup sur nous y retournerons. Pour ce qui est de l'hotel, pour le prix on peut pas s'attendre à beaucoup mieux. Personnel très accueillant, parking sécurisé, 10 min du centre en voiture tout au plus ... le seul bémol est la piscine, qui est finalement payante, est assez dangereuse avec les enfants car le sol est très glissant, de plus la qualité de l'eau laisse vraiment à désirer.

Very clean, but the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Double bed is two twin beds together which is ridiculous because beds have high borders. I wouldn’t rate it 4 star hotel. 2 the most

Very friendly staff, rooms are below average. Attention on the double beds as they are old made with metal frame and the doubles are actually two singles put together and you can easily hurt yourself if you drop yourself on the middle where the metal bars are running!

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for your compliments. It was pleasure to host you. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. The reason why you have got the twin room made as double is that on expedia when you reserve room for two persons you have the possibilty to pick twin/dobule room as one room type. Therefore when we get additional note from guests on the reservation for double room, we reserve them a room with french bed. If we do not get the note we make a reservation for twin room, which has a possibilty to be made as a double room We hope that we will have possibilty to host you again and make your staying perefect! Enjoyable stay

Our overnight stay was enjoyable. We got an upgrade as our tv wasn't working in our first room. The girl at reception was really helpful. All the staff were great. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Mixed bag for this hotel, great staff but issues

Emplacement : Quiet residential location. Buses into centre - 5 mins & taxis easy to hail. Couple of restaurants nearby are okay but more choice in town.
Blimey, this is hard. Nice staff, quiet location outside of the noisier centre & good breakfast. The room I had was a good size although I did ask for non-smoking & ended up in smoking (no smell though). Biggest issue was the bed. Decent mattress but placed on a bed base with slats spaced with 8 inch gaps in between - result? You could put your hand under the bed whilst in it & feel the mattress bulging through gaps (& I mean bulging). Why do this to decent mattresses & mess up your customers sleep? Crazy. Unless you want to end up with a slatted back (ouch!) the only thing to do - which I did - was to put the mattress on the floor. There were 2 beds in my room & both were the same. I slept comfortably on the floor but let's face it, it's not what you really want :( Not good enough. This could be a great little hotel but please sort your bed frames out!!
