We stayed in the junior suite and it was really spacious and comfortable. We might stay again on our way bag from Timisoara.

Hotel cancelled booking but payment still charged

Didn't stay here as received a message several days after booking that hotel were sorry that they were unable to accommodate the booking, and so I stayed elsewhere. However, original payment by credit card remained, and I am now trying to get it back !

rooms are very different. first i was assigned to a room with very bad condition with broken furnitures, light, air conditioner. and after my request to another room, things got better, the hotel itself is nice, probably just need some upgrade in the future

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic service. Beautiful property. Full gym. Great breakfast spread. Need to take a taxi to the center, on the other hand it is quite and restfulll.
