Hi Gisela, thank you for the review. However, the issue with the check-in came up because you had not read the check-in instructions that were provided to you 10 days in advance. Check-in instructions also provided the contact number for the property manager on site, in case I was unavailable.

Lovely unit in a beautiful building

This was our second time at the complex, first time in this condo. A wonderful location.

Great condo in Nueva Gorgona

It is very roomy with 3br,3bath plus maids quarters.
It is an end unit so it has a nice wrap around balcony which is hard to come by in the area.
We live in the mountains nearby and like to come to the beach area for few days. Over the years we have stayed in several places and Mara's is the best.
The place was very clean, spacious by Panama condo standards and had nice towels and bedding and even the ice maker worked.
We had slight issue with one of air conditioners, but the property manager promptly came over and resolved the issue (and this was on New Years Eve)!
He followed up to make sure the air conditioner was still working.
I had several questions and requests to Mara and she always promptly responded.
We would definitely recommend the condo and it will be the top of our list next time we want a beach break.

Great view and amenities
Publié le 11 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo is beautiful and has a nice view. The resort has a beautiful pool and beach. It is great for relaxing. If you are someone who likes to be moving, doing water sports, or shopping, this is not the place for you.

A little slice of heaven!
Publié le 9 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was my last stop in a 3+ week tour of Panama and I loved it the most!!!!! The beach, the beautiful pools, the weather, the people. Everything was great! The condo was wonderful. You could open up the living room slider a full 2/3 of the way and just let the ocean breeze in. The condo was more than what we needed and I highly recommend it. The kitchen was great, but the best part is just sitting out and looking at the ocean or floating in the pool while looking at the ocean. It was just wonderful!
