Awesome House
Publié le 31 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved staying here. We spent 2 1/2 weeks at the house. This is a very safe, well lit, gated neighborhood.
We walked to the restaurants and shops just outside of the neighborhood in 10 min at night and during the day.This house is as pictured. The beds are excellent. Great communication using What's App with property manager, Alex. We visited all of the restaurants and the Patty Spa located across the street from the entrance gate. Spa is fantastic and super reasonable! The restaurants have TVs so that you can watch American sports. The Banana Bar and La Cavernita also have lots of tv's to view sports, these are a taxi ride.
ESPN does not carry american sports. Unless you have a VPN on a device that is set to a US city you can push it to the TV at the house. The beach is a 30 min. walk carrying chairs provided at the house. If you are buying groceries 1 stop to the Mega Sariano is all you need to get everything

Christmas 2023!
Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family came to Mexico for Christmas and booked this wonderful property. Communication with the property managers was always prompt and attentive. Location was perfect for us; close enough to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. House was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the pool and patio and watching all the iguanas in the trees every morning!

Great outdoor terrace, most attractive house, close to beach. Barking dogs in area.

Delightful spacious outdoor living area overlooking peaceful canal with birds and iguanas. Large HEATED pool. Immaculately clean home, latest appliances. Nicely furnished and decorated with artwork. Welcome Book is packed with useful info. Variety of restaurants withing walking distance. Main beach (superb) only 20 minute stroll away. The one problem is that next door there are ferocious dogs which bark non-stop between 6 pm and 10 pm. This sets off other guard dogs in the area. Unfortunately this appears typical of Mexico. Mexpat Realty are excellent - they really care about their guests and they are also very proactive about maintenance: Alejandra and Luke deserve special praise.

Great stay
Publié le 18 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful clean house in a great location. Pool had lots of shade. Kitchen very well stocked with everything needed for meal prep.
Occasional barking by dog next door, but he wrapped it up by 10pm. We couldn’t summon a cab to the house - instead we made the short walk out to the main street and grabbed one there. Close to farmers market, beach, paved walking/bike path and lots of great restaurants. Would stay again.

Peaceful stay
Publié le 10 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I rented this place for a week and loved it all. We mainly live outside by the pool over looking a small water way. The neighborhood was very quite and relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need. And property managers were fantastic to deal with and if you had any questions they’d answer you back quickly. The only cons to my stay was the hot water did not get hot or stay hot and the neighbors dog likes to only bark at night, but he shuts up after an hour or so. I do plan on visiting Puerto Vallarta again and will definitely stay here again.
