Facility is well made, all the detailed in the construction was well crafted. The room was incredibly. Facility grounds well maintenance. Beautiful hotel and the personnel excellent.

Service for food take little bit too long, not too many restaurants to choose, foods are just ok.

The rooms were very nice. There are few dining options and the food was average-not but not bad

My family and I enjoyed Villa La estancia very much. But, unfortunately there was an issue with our booking. Once we arrived to the hotel we where told that we had no reservation. The only reservation they had for us on file was back in May for one night when I initially booked the trip. Just for one night! This made absolutely no sense since we had no problem with our flights as it was all booked as a package. Dealing with this issue in a very hot, humid and beyond stressful environment with two very tired kids and told that they might not have rooms available was more than a nightmare. As a VERY loyal costumer Expedia, I feel let down. That was very upsetting. Other than that inconvenience our stay at Villa La Estancia turned out to be amazing.
