Very good hotel with healthy breakfast
We stayed at many NH Hotels and pleased with service and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast with fresh and healthy options. However with this hotel, some of the hot food items such as eggs and potatoes were lukewarm. Not a problem since we were able to have cook to order eggs.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us make a phone call to our cruise director when our river cruise docking location was changed due to flooding and our phone wouldn’t work. And the jellied candies were great !

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, convenient for the main train station and in easy walking distance of the main sites in the old town. Hotel was elegant and exceptionally clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Impropre attitude concerning early bird breakfast
We have been NH customers for a long time and were satisfied until this morning….Very disappointed in terms of early bird possibility regarding breakfast for travelers. Although we had prepaid breakfast the waiter in the restaurants wouldn’t allow us to take advantage of that option at 5:30 am refused to letting us enter and come back at opening hour 6:30!! Which we unfortunately couldn’t as we had to catch our train to the airport !!!

Wonderful
I had a great stay at NH. Greeted with a smile by Daniela on reception, who was very helpful throughout the stay. Room was clean, nice to have a window that actually opens for fresh air. Huge bed. Gym is mainly cardio but has an interesting multi gym and a few free weights. The spa area was nice, and clean, with towels provided in the changing facilities. I didn’t try the food, but the bar area was lively with a decent selection of spirits. Would definitely stay again.
