This was a very nice room overlooking the river. Our room was on the 3rd floor. However, no elevator and no air conditioning. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Walking distance from the train station.

However, we will communicate this with our guests in advance. The same applies to the air conditioning. We do not specify this either. Except for having no elevator (which I knew when I booked it), this property is perfect. The room, location, communication and restaurant are all excellent! Highly recommend!

Location was excellent! Checking in to our apartment was so easy! In the middle of the city center with easy access from train station and u-bahn. Everything is within walking distance.

Das Appartment ist sehr groß und geräumig. Bei Ankunft war alles sauber und gepflegt.
Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich altuell eine Baustelle, weshalb ab morgens ab 06:45 Uhr der Lärm anfing.
Man ist sehr schnell in der Innenstadt oder an den bekannten Örtlichkeiten.

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur, Restaurants und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.Wir entschuldigen uns für den Baustellenlärm! Great place if you want to be in the middle of everything. It was clean.
Didn’t like the parking situation. $30/day in public garage, room was 4 floors up- guessed I missed that? Very small kitchen and bathrooms with large bedrooms. Loud birds roosting outside window.
Just not our type of place.

Many sights, shopping opportunities, culture and restaurants, bars and culinary highlights are in the immediate vicinity.Immediately after booking, we send our guests a confirmation message with all the relevant information. For example, we recommend three different car park options with different prices. This leaves it up to our guests to decide where to park. That's why we don't quite understand your criticism in this regard. We also state that we do not have a lift. Unfortunately, we can't help the birds either.It's a shame that it didn't quite work out for us. We thank you for your visit and wish you a happy new year.Best regards
