L'hôtel se trouve tout au fond d'un petit quartier. Notre piscine privé donné vu sur un terrain vague et un début de chantier. Chambre propre mais baignoir et douche installer dehors où l'on voyais dès branchement apparaître. Sinon au niveau du service le personnel est très à l'écoute

Publié le 3 nov. 2015 sur HotelsCe fût un séjour de bonne qualité et très reposant dans cet hôtel . Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre avec piscine privée c'était super propre. La salle de bain était superbe !! Le personnel vraiment très gentil comme la plupart des Balinais . Le seul hic était l'endroit où se situait l'hôtel en haut d'une colline où il était préférable de s'y rendre en voiture surtout la nuit .Ce qui rendait les ballades nocturne plus ou moins difficile à pied . Le repas était bon .

Good place for a couple

Only thing that was a bit strange was the big kitchen were was basically just couple plates and one spoon etc. Good kitchen were was no equipments etc to do anything.
Free water policy was bad.

Kitchens need a LPG gas bottle, always no gas for safety reasons, guests need to request LPG and cooking utensils. We will place more notices in the kitchens and directories to ensure guests have all the information.

Thank you, we encourage guests to eat out in the evenings to experience the Balinese lifestyle. All Balinese eat out at night.

Very nice & quiet, spacious & great having your private plunge pool. Staff was really nice & tours are very reasonable—best deals around. Only negative was that nothing was with in walking distance so you’d have to cab it everywhere

Many of our guests hire motorbikes from Rp 70-160,000 per day so they have the best of access from our centrally located hotel. Then they can relax in luxury and privacy at the end of their day.

The location of the hotel is very remote! It's very inconvenient to get out of the hotel onto the main street! Except for the taxi in front of the hotel, no other car was willing to drive in... .
The view was beautiful on website pictures, but it actually looked like it was on top of an unbuilt mountain. It also didn't feel safe!

We have done everything to show our location which is perfect for a couples luxury retreat. Aerial photographs and ocean shown on the horizon make it clear we are neither on a beach or surrounded by shopping precincts.
In the dry season the surrounding farmland loose all their leaves and you can see all the Balinese homes surrounding Jimbaran Cliffs. Bali is one of the safest places in the world. We have been living at Jimbaran Cliffs for more than 10 years and our daughter who is now 10 roams freely around the farming area with all the other children and knows she has to be home by dark. Even so we have 24 hour security at Jimbaran Cliffs for guests peace of mind. Many of our guests hire a motorbike so they can enjoy all of Bali and return to Jimbaran Cliffs to relax in their private pool and private courtyard villa.

The service was god but the facilities inside is very poor. The amenities are old, the towels, the table cloth very old.The cups have stink on it. But for this price, it's worth to stay once.

We stayed in the Bayview room and loved the view the pool is a nice way to end your day in Bali the back deck area is small but with the cabana it feels like you’re on top of Bali the cabana tho is unsafe it leans and is getting eaten by termites the flooring is about to cave in. The room itself is kept tidy but the walls are mouldy and need a good scrub and paint and the bedding is really old and worn. The bathroom is dark and old as well the toilet leaked on the floor and the shower literally had no water pressure the bath was ok the room fills with mosquitoes at night so make sure you buy bug spray it sounds bad but we did enjoy our stay here the staff are kind the views are stunning it’s a nice way to unwind
