La villa ast très jolie avec une belle piscine. La villa est par contre loinbdu centre et des plages . Il faut prendre le taxi

Impeccable service au top, petit déjeuner à revoir, sinon impeccable mais loin de seminyak en voiture trop de circulation mais idéalement situé pour aller à jimbaran huluwatu et les plages du sud de la péninsule

Toilet seat was broken.shower head was broken.no internet in the master bedroom.and shower gel and shampoo were the watered down .
It s away over prices for his kinda service .

Don’t Waste Your Money
Publié le 29 nov. 2019 sur HotelsThe pictures are legit and the concept of the villas is great, but it’s in the middle of nowhere so you have to take a taxi anytime you want to go anywhere. Additionally, the view from the pool and deck is just a big dirt area full of garbage and power lines. There’s nowhere to sit in the sun. It’s either he under the cabana in shade or be in the pool. The food was not good. They do extremely basic cleaning but there’s dust and stuff like that everywhere. Staff is very difficult to communicate with. Lots of random things that broke or didn’t work at times during our stay (phone, tvs/cable, WiFi, air conditioning).
It seems like they put a lot of money into the materials themselves but they cut costs installing and maintaining it all. Additionally, they were doing construction on new things the entire time and we only saw one other villa that was in use, providing a very weird vibe.
Also, the locks on the front door have clearly been attempted to have broken into and the lock barely fit in.
I’d avoid this place completely and go down closer to the beach where you can walk to shops and restaurants and enjoy the ocean.

Despite the odds, we would like to thank you for choosing us as your destination to stay on your recent trip to Bali.
We understand our secluded and private property is quite remote from nearby crowd. We try to bridge the gap by providing complimentary shuttle to Nusa Dua area, which unfortunately the information was not conveyed properly by our team properly. We do apologize for that.
In addition, we also would like to extend my apology in following points:
Your villa's level of cleanliness which clearly not up to our standard. Our management will personally take a look on this matter and act immediately.
We understand that as a second language, our team quite struggling with basic conversation in English. Our management has conducted the class regularly to improve their level of understanding and communication to serve our guest better, eventually.
The defects have been all resolved and regular maintainance was in place as our standard.
Mr. Greene, we understand that there were plenty of rooms to be improved within our property and you detailed feedbacks have been a lot of help for us.
We thank you for your time spent to share your experiences and feedbacks.
On behalf of the team, we shall look forward to welcoming you back with better and improved experiences for you and other travellers.
