Fantastic villa
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe as family 3 adults and 4 teenage boys had a fantastic stay. A bedroom each was wonderful…lots of space. Easy walking distance to eateries, supermarket etc. The crew looking after us were great, from the chef to the housekeeping guys they were all friendly and helpful. It was great to have our own driver Moli…he was a hit with the kids and he took us wherever we wanted to go. If we were back in Nusa Dua again we would defiantly stay again. We loved it.

A girl getaway it was so relaxing,having the villa to ourselves.

I’m sorry once again regarding the issue with hot water in 2 of the bathrooms which was fixed very quickly and is now all working well.

Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was very nice. I had 10 adults. The staff was amazing. We had a few issues but they were addressed as soon As i notified the manager. I would definitely come back again or to one of Craig's other properties if ever in Bali again

Thank you for booking my villa and for taking the time to leave such a nice review.
I’m so glad you thought my villa estate was very nice. I’m sincerely sorry once again for the electricity issue which was caused by the Balinese electricity supplier and was an issue for the whole local area and not just my villa. It was working again within the hour.
Yes, clients do often say the villa staff are amazing, I do select them carefully and train them well.
I do pride myself on addressing right away any issues which may arise during my clients' stay.
It would be lovely to welcome you back to this or one of my other villas and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Beautiful villa with amazing staff
