J'ai fais confiance à la geolocalisation du sie hotel.com qui plaçait le logement juste derrière le parc victoria c'est à dire en quasi centre ville
Résultat la location était située à 10 minutes dans un complexe d'habitation sans charme
Toutefois le propriétaire est sympa le petit dej bon mais la propreté des pièces communes n'est pas nickel

Thank you for taking to share your review on us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our service and breakfast. We really try our maximum to keep the cleanliness to the highest standard therefore you comment on that will surely be taken into consideration.
Anyhow, location of the property we have not published as behind the Victoria park. You comment is exactly correct as we are just 10mins away from the Nuwara Eliya town. But we regret that you did not enjoyed the location of ours as you expectation was something else.

Nice and clean but not in the best location

Friendly and beautiful place
Publié le 17 sept. 2017 sur HotelsThis place very suit for family to stay, we enjoy the time in here and it is great for foreign tourists who want to cook some hometown food by themselves. The staff wasvery friendly and helpful. The environment was beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly caretaker

Pour : Very kind & friendly caretaker.
Contre : Air conditioning. It was cold in the evening.
Emplacement : Only one restaulant neraby. Guests can choose to cook in the kitchen, ask delivery or go to city. Taxi fare was Rs.500-
A bit away from city central but quiet & comfortable location. Caretaker is so friendly and do not bother guests unless required, which can be good can be bad. Our family went to Hortons Plains early in the morning crrying well prepared lunchbox by the caretaker. It was really good. Unfortunately we had heavy rain and wet. The caretaker came up to us when we came back and proposed to wash & dry our closes. It was surprisingly free of charge. He tried to keep our privacy at best, instead he didn't enter rooms during our stay, which means that he doesn't clean up rooms nor change towels unless we order. Users should recognize the policy and use him clevery way.
