수영장이 깨끗하고 버스 터미널에서 가까워서 버스 이용시 편리하며 직원들이 매우 친절하고 시설관리가 댜체로 잘되어있음 와이파이가 좀 약한거 같아 좀 불편했음

Debated what kind of review to leave here. Unfortunately we were really disappointed with our stay. Most staff clearly work quite hard, certainly long hours. For the most part they aim to please, but often misunderstood basic requests - which even considering the language barrier should have been understood. The maintenance in the rooms wasn't great - our flush was broken and the shower leaked everywhere. There was a terrible sewage smell around the hotel (outside) which was rather unfortunate. Location: it is far out of Bagan but you can still rent ebikes from the hotel - if you give notice. It is close to the airport though. Breakfast was poor - food had flies and mosquitos on. All in all we were disappointed and wouldn't rush to return here, we had to make a late booking due to changed plans though and not much else was available. Avoid if possible.

Our stay from 2nd to 5th Jan 2020 was excellent. The staff at reception desks, all of them are too helpful and friendly. The f&b staff also and the bell boys too! The rooms were spacious, breakfast good and clean hotel. Well done!
