We loved our stay here and wish we would have stayed here all 3 nights instead of 2 nights at a different hotel. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfy, and the air con worked great. Wifi is not very good which is typical of Myanmar. The bathroom was also very nice and the shower had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly (we were allowed to check in early with no problems). Only thing they could work on is cleaning the room a little more (some dust, etc.) but overall a great place to stay!

Very nice staff
Totally fine for the price. I booked a 4 bed form but was given a double room! The hotel is not located in the same place that is indicated on the map, so you might need to call for directions. The staff we very friendly. The room smelled a bit like dirty water, but it seemed clean.

The staff saved the day.
Over priced, electricity erratic,on off, wifi the pits,I have never had worse service anywhere now that being said there biggest asset is the staff they are very helpful and cheerfull,if the rest of the service was as good as the staff it would be a great place to stay.

Good for the price
Nice hotel but wifi didn't work. Did the job because the place we actually wanted to stay was booked up.
Location great
Hotel good for what you pay for.I got in early morning after an overnight bus Christmas morning around 4am freezing and my room was not available for early check-in unlike other cities visited. After a little time the young man did get me a room to get some rest until mine was ready. This was greatly appreciated. Also bike rentals at hotel cheap and on site.I recommend bike around lake it's long but enjoyable experience. Stop at winery for taste test along way. They also arranged my transportation from hotel to next destination.

Good value, quiet street.
This Hotel is totally fine for a budget stay. Plumbing an drainage in some rooms a bit hit and miss and the breakfast ordinary but for the price it is good and comfortable. All things considered no complaints and the street is quiet.
A budget option and luckily I had an end room that had a balcony and side windows. The staff were really friendly and there is a great terrace to enjoy breakfast and the views over Nyaung Shwe in the morning. They can also arrange all trips, excursions and buses for you as well, plus they have bikes for hire as well.
Hotel is in the city, and the city is very small. You don't need a day to walk finish the city center. I book the hotel here because of its quietness and closer to the end where I can go the the monastery

okay
Was ok, room was very hot as air conditioning while worked, was in the wrong position so did not cool down room. No screens on windows meant that you get eaten alive with insects at night, if you have them open. Staff are extremly friendly and very eager to help. Breakfast was good and with a great view from roof top

Good value for budget travelers
Stayed three nights at this property during low season. The property is good value for a budget traveler. Clean comfortable beds, hot showers, good AC. Property is located in a great location and can assist with all your booking needs. Staff are very sweet and accommodating but English is limited. Bathrooms could use some refurbishment.

Cheap but decent
You can't do better than thirty bucks a night. Rooms are basic. Bathroom/showers can be improved as water drainage is problematic. Very well located, walking distance from center of town, but off the main road for quietness. It's like US motel level of a hotel, but location is top notch.

Very Good budget hotel in good location.
Right from off loading our cases for a planned 2 night (extended to 3 nights) to allowing us a late 5.00 pm checkout we found a level of helpfulness rarely found these days. It has good hot water showers, is clean and the breakfast although not the best is cooked to order and served with a smile.

We think the staff welcome us unhappily when we came in early morning by bus
This hotel could be great if general cleaning is made. The doors are squeezing (reperation). The pool for the fishs is green and dirty. The personnels are 3 youngs ladies who are trying to do the best without support. Internet is very very very poor
