We stayed here 4 years ago and it was a lovely facility with beautiful grounds in a convenient location. Our recent stay (9/24) was a huge disappointment. Property is worn and attitude of some employees was poor. One lovely lady greeted us at door and was kind and friendly. The one who checked us in was not. We got a “handi-capped room,” not by request and no heads-up. We found out when we saw the plate by the door. It was huge (to navigate a wheel chair) but furniture and fixtures were old and worn. I’d like to add a picture of the two chairs in front of the elevators on our floor but don’t think this site allows. The chairs were filthy with the bottoms falling out. Can’t imagine a less welcoming sight in a hotel. Sad to say we won’t be staying there again. It could be wonderful. It’s not.

Good Day Julie! We apologize that your stay was not up to your expectations. Our property does have some wear-and-tear but we take pride in our cleanliness and our guest service, so if you can please let us know who might have checked you in I would love to forward any concerns to the department. As far as the room type, the room booked on your reservation was a King Accessible, I was able to see that under your booked room type through the third-party website. If you had any issue with the room type, you would have been welcome to come down to see if there was another room available. And yes, the doors are wider for those rooms! You're also welcome to email our property any pictures you have that show any areas of concern! Please reach out directly if you have any further need!

Room was very clean but starting to show some wear and tear in some areas. Nice place to stay for one night. Very nice lobby and staff.

The check-in was quick and all was good. The room was clean and tidy. The curtains pulled all the way closed. I slept like a baby! My husband accidentally left his CPAP cord behind. I called the hotel directly and asked about it. The front desk clerk found it and put it away for me to come get it. Excellent service at this hotel. I highly recommend!
