We got to the hotel and someone was in the room the gave us. So they gave us a different room then after 10min call us and moved us again. After the 3rd room they gave us. We went up to our room finally and they call mine 30min later tell me they wanted to charge us to another room. So they moved us 4 times

Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, and various other areas of the hotel had strong smells of food and incense. The property was outdated, the only toiletry for our 4 of us was one tiny tube of shampoo, and the exercise room was not clean. We were planning to stay 2 nights, but the morning after night 1, I found a cockroach in my purse. I went to the desk and stated we would be leaving and asked for a refund. I was directed to contact Expedia and there was no reaction to my showing then my purse and telling them that there was a roach, no apology or offer to help make things better. An agent at Expedia contacted the hotel and then the hotel issued a refund for the night we would not be staying. The cost of the room for one night was too high for what was offered. I was absolutely disgusted by the roach and lack of attention or concern by the owner, and disappointed with this hotel. Will not be back and will not recommend.
