With a broad range of amenities, including a swimming pool, three Har-Tru clay tennis courts, and a great location just half a mile to the beach, this lovely vacation rental is sure to delight.

This first-floor rental is part of the Island Inn, which lies on a scenic five-acre property one mile south of Oak Bluffs. You'll be just a short walk or bike ride from the island's famous beaches, including Inkwell Beach and Joseph Sylvia State Beach, where you can catch some rays or go for a dip in the sparkling Atlantic. Golf lovers will be delighted to learn the Island Inn lies on the eastern edge of the Farm Neck Golf Club, making it easy to get in a few holes anytime you want.

You'll find plenty of comfort and entertainment at the Inn, too! Start your morning off with an exhilarating game of tennis on one of the three courts, or swim some laps in the shared pool. Cable and free WiFi are provided in your condo, and the full-size kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and stove, perfect for whipping up a snack or a simple meal, plus silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers and a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

The fireplace is not operational.
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
