Coastal comfort awaits at this dog-friendly Martha's Vineyard condo, tucked only a few minutes by foot or car to the island's famous beaches! And with amenities ranging from tennis to golf and a shared outdoor pool, there's no better way to treat yourself to a perfect getaway. Part of a beautifully maintained complex just south of Oak Bluffs, this first-floor rental combines easy access to the island's most popular destinations with all the privacy of home. Start the day off with a round of golf at the neighboring Farm Neck Golf Club, or book a tennis lesson with the on-site professional. When it's time to cool off, head to the nearby Joseph Sylvia State Beach, where you can leap from the historic drawbridge into the refreshing waters below!

Outfitted with hardwood floors and ceilings and updated furnishings, you'll love spending your downtime in this comfortable condo. Fix a quick meal in the compact but fully equipped kitchen that includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils. Then settle onto the couch to watch some TV or hop on the free WiFi. Outside, you'll find a shared breezeway with deck chairs where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the fresh sea air.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Har-Tru clay tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

The fireplace is not operational.
One of the sleeping spaces is a semi-enclosed sleeping space, separated from the living room by a half-wall. It is not a full bedroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
