Ready for an unforgettable vacation to Martha's Vineyard? Choose this cute condo and enjoy a shared pool and Har-Tru clay tennis courts, as well as close proximity to golf and beaches.

You'll be situated within the Island Inn community at the edge of the Farm Neck Golf Club. Joseph Sylvia State Beach is only a half-mile south so you can walk to the sand and water with ease, and Inkwell Beach is a mile north in Oak Bluffs. When you're in the mood to get out and explore, Aquinnah Cliffs Overlook is 22 miles away, and Edgartown Lighthouse is only five miles away. You'll also find plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining, and gallery browsing in town.

Time at this first-floor corner condo is made comfortable with all the necessities, including a cozy living/dining space that includes a TV. WiFi is also included so you can stay connected with friends and family and find directions to all the destinations on your itinerary. You'll have a small kitchen with apartment-size fridge and stove, as well as a microwave and coffeemaker. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Over run with ants, in the bathroom and on my toothbrush and in the kitchen had to put food in the refrig and microwave as we had to throw things out before we realized how bad the ants were. Needed better instructions for the roku tv which we got from Megan at the checkin.

Hello. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful maintained quiet Island Inn at Oak Bluffs. Just a few comments: The toilet ran all day all night. We called but they didnt fix it. It wouldnt flush at times you would have to hold the handle down for around 10 seconds. There were black ants in the kitchen. The shower head needs replacing. The back door definitely needs major repair or complete replacement door frame. The workers started at 7:30am directly under our room (1A) drilling and electric sawing. We would recommend people to stay here. Thank you - I would like a response. Beth

We enjoyed our stay.
Our stay was great. The condo was clean quiet. We enjoy its amenities such as the fire pit and outdoor picnic area. One very very minor thing was the closet doors weren’t on its track. They didn’t belong to that space and were just placed against. But didn’t bother us as we didn’t even use the closet. The office manager was very courteous when I mentioned the concern on the doors. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Way too many problems
Very clean and nice grounds. However, no ac in one of the 2 bedrooms, improperly installed sliding closet doors-we literally had to pick them up and move them aside to access the closet, very uncomfortable twin beds, pool policies due to Covid were not policed/enforced resulting in an unsafe situation, industrial power washer ran outside bedroom window for the better part of a day, no dedicated parking spot as promised, fire alarm went off twice-once in the middle of the night, needed to stand on furniture to turn on ac in both bedrooms (one did not work) and reach or put away a wine glass, due to the proximity to the industrial washers and dryers used to launder towels and linens for the complex , we listened to them all the time. Far too many issues and inconveniences given the cost of the unit. I would like this information to be made available to the owner of the unit so that s/he can make things right between us.

Don’t plan on cooking in...
Very under provisioned; only 1 frying pan, 4 plates (even though sleeps 6), no serving dishes (no tray to take your meat outside to the grill), fridge VERY small so tough to have food for family of 5 (and the seal was weak so it kept coming open).. Pullout couch mattress is like sleeping on wires, I would not count that as a reasonable place to sleep, even for a kid. The resort aspect was nice, loved the pool and restaurant. The unit was clean and the Vacsa people were great, they clean your room every day.
