Was ok. Room was not what we expected. Thought we had a “tiny” house. We had a small room with 2 small beds. It worked. Just old and motel 6 ish type of experience .

Thank you for staying with us, you booked our Standard room which is a neat and clean budget friendly room. if you would like to stay in one of our upscale cottages, we would love to have you but it would be a bit more expensive, Glad everything was okay for your stay!

Electronic lock system would not relock door at all and physical key was missing from the lock box.

Thank you for staying with us. It is unfortunate when a guest is not able to work the electronic box. Luckily we had Two keys in your manual lock box when we showed you where they were located. Glad you enjoyed your stay!

My family have bed buds bite all over the place neighbors was loud arpund 4 am. Room has trash when we arrive.

False Review. We do Not and have Never had bed bugs. We take cleanliness very seriously. We keep all areas clean and provide fresh garbage liners with each room change. We were not contacted by this person at any time with any issues.

Stay was ok. The motel has no air conditioning, the bathroom is small with no space to place even a toothbrush.

Thank you for staying with us. We list our property as having no air conditioning. Being at 7400 ft elevation, there is rarely a need for air conditioning because our nights are so cool. We have fans available to guests that would like one any time upon request. Our bathrooms are neat and clean as pictured on our website and most guests find plenty of space for their items. We provide a very clean friendly experience that is extremely budget friendly for the area.

I liked the cleanliness and comfortable beds. I didn't like the keypad entry. It took a few times to try to get in.
