I had a great experience for the 3 nights we stayed there. My one big complaint would be that the bathroom floor in our room looked and felt like it had not been mopped/cleaned in weeks. There were dirty sticky spots all over like something was spilled and never cleaned up. Other than the floor being pretty disgusting our stay was great and I would stay there again but next time I will definitely be asking for the floors to be cleaned.

The room was very clean and had a nice comfortable bed. Loved the shower, the only thing that would make the shower better would be a small ledge to put your foot on to shave legs.
Front desk ladies were very friendly and welcoming.
Will stay again.

I didn't like that the casino allows smoking and it smells of smoke when you first enter the Hotel Lobby

LaTonya I am so sorry you encountered this during your visit, we are working hard to ensure that our facility is enjoyable for all out patrons. We do have a smoking and a non-smoking side in our Gaming Hall.

Well, we got there at 4:30 room was not ready. The lady says we’ll have to wait for the room to get cleaned. Well that was a half hour wait then my friend used the ATM machine and it didn’t give her money so that wasted another half hour will be back.

Your staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our first visit there. The only thing we didn’t like was the machines. . We like the old machines best we hope you get some of the old machines back especially the !25 and 1.00 we are not familiar with the new crazy ones we are seniors. We will be back if you get the old ones back. Thank you Julia Stafford
