Our room had black mold. Mildew in the air was so thick. We actually left halfway through our sleep. Really unfortunate that this place has been kept open with these conditions

Was just a great place for us to sleep. Needs to be cleaned a bit more, there was stains on the sheets & in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good price.

Stayed here several times in the last year visiting my son at fort Campbell, not a bad place to stay for the price

BEAWARE UNDER PAID EMPLOYEES
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsTerrible my husband used the iron board and he left the iron up. Well when we left the room the iron was still up in good condition. Within 4 days after our stay over I was charged $50 due to Housekeeping breaking the iron down they broke it....So they told management it was broken on left on the floor by the customer, when they came to clean. Management charged me for them breaking it. I will never stay at this place again, their employees will break items. When customers come they will charge the customers because house
keeping is afraid they will be deducted pay for breaking items that they break while cleaning their assigned rooms. The Facility is hard up for money and their employees are so under paid, that is why the employees will pass of their broken mistakes on the this facility paying customers. I hope this facility gets it from the next customer. BEACH

Upon entering the non smoking room it had a smell of cigarette smoke which an attempt to cover up smell with a cleaner or air freshener. Another concerned was the wetness of the stained carpet in the room. Not sure if an attempt to clean happened but shoes had to be worn at all time. When asked about breakfast clerk simply stated we have something which turned out to be watery eggs and watered down orange juice. The hotel required a deposit but this was not posted or detailed when booking online. As a travel agent, I’ve stayed at Quality Inn in another state and this definitely was not the same experience.
