Tres bel emplacement pour admirer les couchers de soleil

Acces a la plage compliqué avec de gros rochers et de nombreux troncs.
Plage mi sable mi cailloux selon les marees.
La 3eme chambre est peu pratique car il faut passer par une première chambre.
Tres peu de produits du type huile, lessive, liquide vaisselle,... prévoyez de vous equiper.
Table extérieure cassee et pas de parasols. Des transats seraient les bienvenus !

Beach yay! bathroom meh

Communication beforehand was great, the property was easy to get to, and the views were as amazing as you would expect. The kitchen, dining, and living areas were as pictured, and really take advantage of the amazing water views. Its a house with cool bones in a great location.
What you can't really tell from the pictures is that one of the bathrooms has aging wall-to-wall carpet over most of the floor (there is tile right by the toilet). The house was clean but the carpet has definitely seen better days.

Great stay on West Beach
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayA group of Oak Harbor high school graduates stayed at this location for our reunion. We enjoyed some walks on the beach and fishing from the beach. Unfortunately, we had no luck fishing. The home was very relaxing and we enjoyed looking at the wonderful view and sharing lots of stories. I look forward to bringing my family here for sometime next summer. Highly recommended!

Great location and views are amazing

Pros
Location view and wildlife were amazing we saw bald eagles catching fish out of the surf sea otters and deer plus the small bunnies.
Sunsets awesome (except the cloudy days)
Even caught the aurora one night and some shooting stars
Cons
Though all amenities listed were present not all were accurately described.
The AC was only a window unit upstairs.
The air hockey fussball and table tennis were in the garage but only the table tennis was working.
There are also many items needing repairs. I notified the owners but they never responded.
The internet is there but only worked intermittently.
Worst con is owners are terrible at communicating.
If these items were all addressed this would be an easy 5 star rating but as is it’s a 4 star as the pros outweighed the cons

Perfect for out two family vacation
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house has a beautiful view and perfect layout for 2 families to stay together. We each had our own bathroom, and the main bedrooms were far enough apart that our little one crying in the night wasn't a problem for the other to family.
The house is also right on the water and several times from the windows we saw a little family of otters right in the back yard here running back and forth from the sea up into a storm drain to had further inland it seems. So cute!

Spectacular View!

Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe view is beautiful and the house is clean. I don’t feel the house and the rate I paid match thou. Surprised to not find any body soap which was a first for us who travel often. Never heard from anyone before check in or when I asked about soap.
