Well I had two rooms and one of them look like maybe the police raided the room the door had been kicked in the safe lock was removed from the door broken off of it and is a hole behind the door with a handle hit the wall sticky carpets in both rooms toilet paper rack missing hardly any water coming out of the broken shower heads very poorly maintained paid over $300 for two rooms should not have paid more than $50 per room would never recommend this place to anyone don't even know how Travelocity has it on their list

The room was old, and dirty. Bathroom TP holder broke off the wall, stopper missing on tub. ac so loud you could not hear each other talking. Check in, I stood at desk about 10 mins before front desk person showed up, was threatened that if I smoked in the room, nonsmoker, or messed up the sheets I would be assessed 250 dollars for each after I left. I did not like the tone or the threat when I intended to be respectful as always. I should have known the sign on the front desk We Do Not Rent to Locals says everything one needs to know. A drifter, working girl type of hotel. Worst experience I have ever had and I have been all over the world. Save your money and book somewhere else. As a side note the Outback Steakhouse next door was just as bad. I left there before even ordering due to filth.

we apologize that you didn't have a pleasant experience. I personally apologize if my tone when i was reading the registration to you was in a threating tone because that was nit my intent. I didn't know that you were having issues with your room because i would have gladly switched you to another room.

older motel minor upgrades rooms had an odor, electrical outlets wore out.

First room dirty bed linens and floor. Second room smelled like smoke, had hole in the wall from what looked like a punch, and cobwebs. Surrounding area was sketchy. Staff was wonderful though. Very kind, understanding, and concerned.

We apologize that the rooms were not up to our usual standards. We are still working on getting the much-needed upgrades and fixing some of the cosmetic issues we have. Thank you for letting us know. We will continue to try to improve.

Staff was very nice upon check in and accommodating. Overall great front desk! However, the room I was given had all the bed sheets striped all the towels in the bathtub and the trash can full. I believe they must have forgotten to clean the room.

I apologize that the room was not ready when you arrived. We are working with our housekeepers to develop a system that will help them remember what rooms have been cleaned and which ones still need to be cleaned.

Horrible

Literally there were bed bugs as soon as we pulled the sheets back. No telephone no tv. And there was stains all over the sheets Then we went to the new room. Smelled like smoke. Air conditioner didn’t work was so hot in the room. Nasty room all together. Will not stay here again that’s for sure.

We apologize for your experience at our hotel. We are looking into the details you provided and have reached out to our pest control company to have the room treated. We have also contacted the phone company and are working on replacing all of our dated air conditioning units with new ones. We are actively working on fixing up this hotel and hope that in the future you will give us a chance to show you the improvements.

It was ok

The place had a broken chair and blinds didn’t work so light came in the room. Wasn’t the cleanest. The front attendant was no where to be found in the am when we tried to check out. They showed up late. We had to wait a while.

I apologize about your experience at our hotel. We have been short staffed and had several employees out on vacation, which is no excuse. However, we are in the process of a renovation, and I will be meeting with the ownership to get that rolling.
