Very cute little cottage and great location for our purposes. Definitely need a car though. Really good food at the pub and convenient to have a little store right next door.

Perfect Old Post Office
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis converted village Post Office is absolutely lovely in an ideal location for visiting Rutland. Every need is catered for and the welcoming chocolates were a bonus. Alan and Lynn are perfect hosts. It was our first visit and we hope it won’t be our last.

Superb Cottage
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe outside of the property is very old like most of the village, but inside it is ultra modern with every possible convenience. My wife and I found the handles on the side of the front and rear entrance and exit particularly
useful. The home baked shortbread left for guest's is to die for. A beautiful village, shop next door and a pub serving meals around the corner. Sit out in the garden early morning or after a days exploring. Full marks to Alan & Lynne, we loved it.

Lovely accommodation in a perfect location.

Easy access and parking with lovely hosts who live next door. Location that's perfect for visiting all of the towns and villages that Rutland has to offer. We will definitely return in the future.

Great cottage
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat cottage with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.Very clean and a great centre for exploring Rutland and surrounding area.The village is very picturesque with the pub just around the corner.This was our second visit and maybe stay for a third time in the future.

Lovely, relaxing and well-equipped
