3bd 2.5 bath located on the edge of the Sierra national forest. Walking trails lead out from the orchard.
Outside we have a large 9 person Hot Tub on a large deck that holds lounge chairs and seating areas.
There is a dart board and a propane BBQ.

On the side odnthe house there is more sitting areas as well as an oversized ping pong table made of natural wood.

Inside we have a Foosball table, a large dining area with seating for 8, plus additional barstool seating.
Each of the full bathrooms has amenities for your stay with shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover, hairdryer, and towels.

The great room has a fireplace for you to cozy up and hang out with those that are in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove top, double open fridge, microwave, pots and pans, rice cooker, and much more! If you are curious about certain items feel free to reach out.

Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at our coffee stations, which boasts 2 kinds of coffee makers, keuir style, full pot, milk frother, water warmer, steamer, a wide variety of flavor additives, and coffee!

The master bedroom lights up at night with 100s of glow stars on the ceiling (a fun suprise!)

Horrible experience! Lack of communication!!!
We drove 9 hours to celebrate my wifes birthday and our wedding anniversary , we waited for several hours outside the property calling the owner to get access to the property but she never picked up, it was getting dark and I was with my 7 year old daughter, my 83 yr old mother in law and the rest of my family. we ended up getting another place to stay. Britney texted me 4hrs later acting like nothing happen(check in was at 4pm and she texted me 10 min before 8pm)she didn’t even apologize for the lack of communication and having to make us wait. Mind you I even messaged her and tried to call her during the week leading up to my days reserved and she never replied. This place could have been an awesome experience because it had a lot to offer, but in the end it ended up being a day of frustration And having to watch my daughter cry all because a message wasn’t sent early enough to avoid all this. And before the lack of signal is mentioned I had signal on my phone and was getting alerts so that wasn’t a problem for me. I read another review mentioning the lack of communication because they also got the access code after their check in time and that was a red flag for me but i gave Brittney the benefit of the doubt. If your considering this property please be aware that you might not get the access code right away and won’t hear from host until several hours after the original check in time.

10 of us total with one day of overlap and we could have had more time together. Everything was great. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was nice. Everyone was almost set up the way is like to have it in my own home. My only complaint about this place, which is because I'm a sleep snob, is the polyester sheets... but if that's my only issue then you know it's great spot. Would defo stay again.

Surrounded by mountains!!
This place is simply amazing, it has everything you will every need for a quick getaway or a longer stay. The house is very clean all throughout, the deck area and the Jacuzzi was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking at Yosemite NP. The place is so quiet at all times that it makes you feel that you're the only one on that hill. There were a few things that were not working as expected like the fridge was not making any ice, the BBQ grill was very dirty, and the AC unit did not seem to want to keep up in the 100+ degree weather. Nonetheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying at this place again. Thanks for sharing your place with our family.

The house and property was awesome! Everything was thoughtfully put together and it had everything we needed. The only thing is that there was no where near enough toilet paper for how many people this house can sleep.

Little slice of paradise

Beautiful Property
We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views! Surrounded by trees you feel part of nature. It was very peaceful and quiet. The property is a short drive from Yosemite Park Entrance or the town of Oakhurst. Host was very kind. Response time to questions were not always prompt. Note, if you are traveling a long distance to the property, the host will only give check in information at check in time, not prior. We truly recommend this place.

This was a nice property with a lot of minor things that made it feel more like staying with a friend than a bland hotel room. The kids were so excited about everything! There were a lot of indoor activity options they liked including card games and foosball. It’s set back a little bit with nice outdoor view with outdoor seating and table and hot tub!

Yosemite trip
The home was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 9 and a small dog. We were only there during the evenings to sleep as we spent our time in Yosemite. Easy drive to the park from the house. You need to be to the park by 8 am to miss sitting in line to enter the park. Some small items like a beautiful ping pong table on the property but there was only one ping pong paddle. Nice outside deck area and another sitting area. We did not use any of those areas due to the mosquitoes. And it was usually almost dark when we would get back from the park. Very convenient to run into town to eat — there is a full kitchen and large refrigerator if you want to cook your own meals. The cleaning service missed several areas - but overall a great place to stay. Not getting the address and code to get in until check in time is not ideal if you have numerous people coming from different states. There is no to very limited cell phone/ email service in Yosemite. So making sure your entire group has the needed information was more difficult than we are accustomed to when booking with VRBO. The last thing you need to know - is the house is very nice but getting to the house the first time is a bit of a challenge— try to get there in the daylight to make it easier to find.

At first it was a little confusing as to where the house was located because it’s a little hidden but at the same time I liked that it wasn’t too close to other houses. When we entered everything was set up nicely and was bigger then I thought. Winter Fun
We really enjoyed all the amenities at this place! It was so comfortable for our group of 5– spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the hillsides and trees all around. We loved the foosball game, the ping-pong table, the fire pit and the hot tub! Plus we were within easy driving range of Yosemite, then come back “home” to relax at the end of our adventures!
