I came here to stay the night after attending a concert. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and bart station. The only thing I can somewhat complain about was checking in. Long line and only one person at the desk. I'm not complaining about the woman at the desk. She was very pleasant and she got through that line as fast as she could. The hotel could have had at least one other employee trained to check customers in or out seeing as the concierge was just standing there doing nothing. Not his fault, the company should train him to help out.

Great place to stay. Make sure you check your bill when you leave -- they were going to charge me for a bar tab that was not mine and was somehow billed to my room.

Bom mas não ficaria de novo, sou muito criteriosa para limpeza e me incomodei com alguns cabelos no box e com uma mancha no lençol!

Needs better bedding IMO
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsSecond time staying at this hotel, wouldn’t mind booking and staying again. Hotel staff are nice overall. Lobby reception staff are very friendly and professional, and the valet persons are quick and available. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, modern, and minimalistic, yet spacious and functional. Hotel also offers great city across the Bay. My only complaint is about the bedding…..which is basically that the fitted sheets are too small for the mattress (king size bed) and would not stay on, making it absolutely annoying. I could not get fully comfortable in bed because the fitted sheet kept coming undone. IMO this is an issue that can be fixed just by using a fitted sheet that is meant for thicker mattresses. AC Marriott, please consider this.

The room toilet flush was not working properly, and I asked room service multiple times, but nobody showed up during my 2-day stay.
