Excellent Cottage and Host
Posted Sep. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayThe cottage is very nice and cozy. The host is very sweet and accommodating. We could easily walk to UC Berkeley, many restaurants around and shops - we didn't need a car until we went into SF. I hope to stay again.

Family get together

Greeted us on our arrival and instructions were easy to understand. My dad has mobility issues so we loved the easy access as well as excellent security. Thank you, Patty, for a lovely visit!

Perfect Berkeley cottage

The cottage is located behind Patty's house on a quiet street that's three blocks from the inviting College Avenue array of varied restaurants (Italian, American, Mediterranean, ice cream, Peet's). A 20-minute walk to the UC campus.
The cottage itself has a large, comfortable bed in main bedroom. a second bedroom with a pull-out couch that we used as an office during a six-day stay, an up-to-date and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, spacious living/family space with big-screen, Hulu-endowed TV. and a small, partially shaded outdoor patio that became one of my favorite go-to parts of the entire stay.
Patty is a great host. We look forward to a return visit.
