The staff was amazing and very attentive except the guy who worked Sunday breakfast behind the bar. He was extremely rude and aloof. Totally ignored me and other folks trying to get his attention!

A pesar de que no tiene donde dejar tu carro por qué el servicio que te ofrecen es caro puedes tomar otras opciones me gustó mucho el hotel limpio tranquilo y nada de ruido aparte nos toco un nivel muy alto mejor gracias lo recomiendo

The bathroom didn't have a vent fan and the door almost hit the toilet because the bathroom was so small. Parking fees were not clear at booking nor easily understood when explained at the front desk.

Hotel reservation desk machine was not accepting any credit cards. Staff was not supportive. Nothing wrong with cards itself as they were working outside

Disappointing check in
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsThe first time I've had a disppointing stay. When I checked in and got to my room my key didn't work. Security let me in to drop my luggage, I went down to the front desk, got re-key'd and it still didn't work. Finally, Maintenance had to come and get keys that worked. The furnishings in the room are really shabby and worn out. Otherwise the staff was very friendly as always.

Drove up with my family for a Dodger game and was pleasantly surprised at how much the area has changed and attentiveness of the staff on property.
