I had a terrible experience; my room was very dirty. They only made the bed and did not clean the room and bathroom, which was also very dirty. There was even a used of underwear left on the chair by the last guest.

The room was very dirty, the floor, the bathroom. It stinks of cigarettes. The walls have dirt stains. Expedia should not recommend this place.

Budget friendly and a well maintained family-ran property with very clean rooms. Safe, quiet, and reliable for a quick stay especially if you’re familiar with the Hayward district and know your way around the Bay Area. Recommended!
