Garde de sécurité à l’entrée du stationnement, grand emplacement on doit marcher beaucoup.

Publié le 21 nov. 2023 sur HotelsDans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est très bien. Bon rapport qualité prix dans le secteur.
Les chambres sont propres, confortables avec une insonorisation acceptable.
Sur les photos commerciales ils promettent des petits flacons de la marques Rituals en ce qui concerne l’hygiène, QUE NENNI juste du savon disponible dans la chambre.
A part ce petit soucis pas très grave l’hôtel est plutôt bien.

Bad neighborhood. Homeless people are all over the place. I was awakened at 5 am by a guy loudly speaking on his phone right outside the room. (As you likely have already inferred, the rooms are entered from the outdoors). Not a Raddison-caliber property. The staff was top notch, though.

I understand that when marketing a business, the goal is to make it look good, but GOOD LORD. I’ve never been catfished so bad and I’ve been on some pretty rough blind dates.
When I checked in, the staff was nice and went smooth as any other check-in. I drove around to my room as it was facing the parking lot, I couldn’t help but notice how decrepit the lot looked. Akin to the style of the Walking Dead. I could be over exaggerating but still… Pretty rough.
I found my room quickly and was able to park right in front of my door. As soon as I walked in the room, I noticed my main light switch wasn’t working. No big deal, I thought. Other lights were working fine. But as soon as I turned all of them on… Well, let’s say it was pretty much given the worst “landlord special” I have ever seen. Cracking paint everywhere, hanging electronics, open drains without covers (I was almost in a constant state of anxiety that I might drop something in the sink).
I sighed… One night, I thought. It’s just one night. After getting situated, I took off for a bit to meet up with family for dinner. I was out maybe 3 hours MAX. I came back to my room REEKING of cigarettes. I was worried someone had broken into my room, but all my stuff was left untouched. My room had one of those connecting doors to another room, the smell was strongly emanating from the cracks of the door.
I called the front desk and they were quick to move me to another room which, honestly, was exactly the same as the last.

I booked this room for an employee and he tried to check in the staff said their system was down so they weren’t able to provide a room. He had a copy of the paper reservation and electronic reservation in hand to show the staff and they still couldn’t check him in.
This is beyond ridiculous.
